Following an intake assessment and medical history, your trainer will review your goals and skill level to
create a customized workout. As you work out in each session, your trainer will lead you through a series of exercises, coaching you on the proper techniques to maximize results and avoid injury. You will enjoy building a one-on-one relationship that includes not just exercise, but nutrition education, camaraderie, and accountability. Personal training and Small Group Fitness options are available.
