With a gym membership, you have access to the equipment and perhaps exercise classes. With personal training, your workout is completely customized to your individual needs. Your trainer works with you on a regular schedule to design a program, lead you through the workout, educate you on the process and benefits, and provide accountability. And it’s fun. You create a one-on-one relationship with your trainer that you can’t find at a regular gym. This helps ensure the results you want.
Yes. You have the option of in-home personal training or can come to our Springfield, VA studio for your workout session. You can also engage in a virtual training session when an in-person appointment isn’t feasible.
Yes! Some clients prefer a mix of in-person and virtual workouts. Your training program is customized to you, and we will be glad to create one that works with your schedule.
We’ll offer you several available times when we are offering small group classes during the week and you get to choose the one that works in your schedule. You will need access to an online device where you can watch and hear your trainer. Upon signing up, you will receive a Zoom link to attend your classes.
We currently offer two small group fitness memberships:
-1 class per week
-2 classes per week
We specialize in the fitness of seniors and would love to work with you!
We don’t want you getting hurt either. We take extreme care to design a fitness program that works with where you are now in your fitness level, and not to push you past your limits. We gradually increase your strength, balance, and core for stabilization, especially if you are older. When working one-on-one with a personal trainer, we watch your every move to ensure that you are performing exercises in ways that will not injure your body.
Before we begin, we are required to take a complete health and medical history assessment, including any medical or health issues. We can design a fitness and nutrition program for most people, but we won’t know until we speak with you directly. Give us a call.

We can offer you several options: In-person training after work hours, virtual training, or a combination of both—making sure they fit your schedule. We can even come to your work location for a workout on site! How about your lunch hour?
Fitness doesn’t happen overnight, so based on your current health & fitness and your goals, we will recommend a program that will benefit you. We offer 3, 6, 9, and 12-month programs.
We offer reduced rates for longer commitments.
We hope you won’t leave us, however, we will allow you to cancel for any reason, with a one-month cancellation fee.
